Terms of use
Last updated 3 November 2026
NetClock is a time tracker for teams, operated by UAB Netcode (“we”). These are the terms on which you may use it. By signing in you agree to them.
1. Accounts
- Anyone can create an account; an organization that uses NetClock can also invite you. Don’t create accounts or organizations by machine, or to send spam: we may block an account or an organization that does, or that breaks these terms.
- An account is for one person. Keep your password to yourself, and tell us or your organization if you think someone else has used your account.
- Use your real name and a working email address, so the people you work with know whose time they are reading.
2. Your organization
The organization that invited you decides what is tracked, what role you have, and whether you keep access. Its owners and admins can see the time you log there. The clients, projects, rates and time recorded in an organization belong to that organization; we use them only to run the service, as the privacy policy describes. These terms do not replace any agreement between you and that organization.
3. Using NetClock fairly
You agree not to:
- try to reach data from an organization you do not belong to, or more than your role allows;
- interfere with the service, overload it, or probe it for weaknesses without our written agreement;
- use it for anything unlawful, or enter content you have no right to enter.
4. The service
We work to keep NetClock available and your data safe, but it is provided as it is: we do not promise it will be uninterrupted or free of errors, and we may change, add or remove features. Keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose.
5. Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss — lost profit, lost business or lost data — arising from the use of NetClock. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
6. Ending access
You can stop using NetClock at any time, and ask for your account to be deleted. Your organization can remove you from it, and we may suspend an account that breaks these terms or puts the service or other people’s data at risk. The privacy policy says what happens to your data afterwards.
7. Changes and law
We may update these terms; the date at the top says when they last changed, and continuing to use NetClock after a change means you accept it. These terms are governed by the law of the Republic of Lithuania.
