Delete your account
Last updated 3 November 2026
This page is for anyone with a NetClock account — at clock.netcode.lt or in the NetClock app for Android — who wants that account, and the data that goes with it, deleted. NetClock is operated by UAB Netcode.
1. How to ask
- Write to info@netcode.lt from the email address you sign in to NetClock with, with the subject “Delete my NetClock account”.
- Say which organization you work in, if you know.
- We reply to that address within one month, as European data-protection law requires, to tell you what has been deleted.
If you only want to leave one organization, its owner or an admin can remove you from it on its Team page.
2. What is deleted
- Your email address, your time zone and your sign-in: your password, which is kept only as a hash, or the link to your Google account if you signed in with Google.
- You are removed from every organization you belong to.
- Any invitation still waiting for your address.
- Your name — except on the time entries an organization keeps (below), which stay labelled with the name of the person who logged them.
3. What an organization keeps
The time you logged for an organization — the dates, the hours, what you wrote about them and the projects they belong to — is that organization’s record of the work done, which it uses for its invoices and accounts. It stays with the organization for as long as the organization uses NetClock, unless the organization deletes it sooner. When an organization is deleted, its time entries are deleted with it.
To have that time deleted as well, ask the organization’s owner: the organization decides what it keeps. If that does not help, write to info@netcode.lt.
4. Deleting data but keeping your account
You can delete any time entry you logged yourself: find it on the Time entries page and delete it. To have anything else deleted while keeping your account, write to info@netcode.lt.
